CHANGING THE HAND CLOCK OF TIME...

For this third edition, it comes with a time of refreshing and deep thought which pushed me down to memory lane. There is a variance between what we used to enjoy before than what's happening in our world today. Some of these things are what I desire if it could come back to life. For the sake of this edition, I would be sharing some quite some memorable events that if reviewed and if i had the power to influence it to being it would be a wow.

Where are those days where one could boldly step out to check on friends at the cool of the night, sit down under the tree 🌲 gist and share moments together. In those days when i was much younger and still in secondary school, we used to go for what was called night prep. Even though my school was a private one yet we had some activities that one couldn't resist because of the impact it had on us.

Once it was evening, i quickly rush in and take water bath to get set for the night prep. This creates opportunities for us to improve our social life and catch new friends especially with the newly intake. There wasn't any challenge of security neither does anyone bewitched another. Anytime you close from the prep, every student could walk confidently back home. Comparing those times and present, there is great discrepancy which really affects lots of things. There wasn't anything called kidnapping or any security insurgency. Everyone had the liberty to move freely without any harassment. Those were days one can't be in a haste to forget.
How i wished I could go through the hand of time and drag it back to play out those days. It was lovely and lively.

During those days, you could trek miles especially when school closes but who are you to dare it now? Just few months ago some students were even in a secluded and fenced school environment yet the bad boys came and invaded the place, went away with junk numbers of students which later they started making unnecessary demands for ransom. This is truly an aberration. It wasn't so at the beginning and in those days. Presently people are even scared to go to school due to insecurity matter.
How i wish I could revive those times were school was lively and loving.

Most of the friends i am still maintaining were birthed out of our times while in school. Education today has become like a confined thing where students don't longer enjoy those good times of free movement and free association. Everyone seems to be a suspect presently.

Bring back those times where with a thousand naira one could brag shoulders and enjoy life for couple of days. What i bought ten years ago the price has not just multiplied but triple. The times are very hard now and people are not finding things easy any longer. Where are those days where you can eat what you want and not what life offers you. Bring back those days where cement, zinc, nails etc were cheap and affordable.
If I can change and bring back things then time would be one of them.
