Lessons From The First Quarter Of The Year

It's funny how time flies. It feels just like yesterday when we entered this year. It looked as if we have a long way to go to finish it up but here we are already in the second quarter of the year.

I know some folks are not happy about this because things are not going the way they planned but I tell you the truth, it's something to be grateful for because if time doesn't move, there won't be progress.

It really hurts not to meet up with a plan, but we are alive and that alone is a plus for us because hope is for the living.

I will be honest, I am among those who are in awe regarding how fast this year is going. Everything is moving so fast, sometimes I used to feel like we are still in February.

This prompt made me return to my diary to see my progress concerning my revolution for the year and to be frank, I am so excited with the kind of progress I am seeing.

Yes, I was not able to meet up with certain things and it hurts but the fact that I am not relaxed and I am growing is enough reason for me to be happy.

One of the things that I have I doubt I will be able to meet up with and is hurting me so badly is building my Hive Power to at least 1500 before the year runs out.

I started out pretty well, in fact, I was supposed to have hit 1000 HP by next Month but challenges and unforeseen circumstances kept springing up and I had to power down to meet up.

When I got a notification from Hive Buzz that I am now a red fish due to low power, my heart bled. I wish magic would just happen and I will have like one hundred thousand dollars to just stake up.

I am sad about it but I won't relent, as soon as I am done attending to the situation on ground, I'll get back to building my hive power.

One lesson I learned from this is that having multiple streams of income is the best way to survive. Having like four or five sources of income will really help us to grow and build our financial lives with ease. For sure challenges will show up but when we have many sources to run to, things will be easier for us.

The year is going as I planned, things really moved according to what I wanted. If not for unforeseen circumstances, I am sure that I would have achieved something tangible already. Well, we can only make plans but God has the final say.

Even though things didn't go well for me for the first quarter of the year, I won't be discouraged, I am sure there are better days ahead, all I need to do is apply more energy and be more consistent in chasing my goals and I'll achieve them.

We are all aware that this year started tough, and things are still tough but there are people who in the midst of the toughness are celebrating wins, the reason is because they planned.

I will always be grateful for the idea of stating my goals, that thing changed a lot of things in my life, it made it so easy for me to track my growth, that principle is working, I pray I stick to it.

Really glad the year is going well for you, unforseen circumstances that changes our direction and disrupts our plans are sometimes inevitable.

Don't be discouraged, at times your plans might not come alive in the first quarter but in the second it's shone bright

Courage amidst discouragement is a good virtue to develop. Keep at it.
