I like SoulKeep. It is the kind of Nightmare I look forward to!

I like it.

I enjoy a good Tower Defense game.
SoulKeep adds even more than I thought it would.

Grind

I enjoy the grind to try and gather Souls in order to advance.
You play a series of maps related to that League.
Each map carries a series of waves of monsters that you need to plan to defeat.
The aim is to defeat them before you run out of Hearts.
You lose a heart if a creature walks through your Portal.

(Again, the names I use are my own summations of the different parts. For game wiki go >>> Here )

The maps provide you Souls, but not enough to easily advance to the next League.
To do this you will have to participate in Tournaments.

Tournaments

You receive a FREE Tournament ticket everyday to use.

However, the game is addictive and you cannot help but to want more Tickets.

In the initial part of the game the Tickets are only 2 DEC each.
The more you want to try, the higher the price of entry becomes.

This helps balance your time in overplaying.
The cost for tickets is one way. There are also Tower, Spell and Hero Fatigue which incur a time delay to use it again.

I like this feature as it forces you to try different Towers and Spells which opens you eyes to new strategies.

Glass & Tempest

Shattered Mirror Tower & Twisted Tempest both helped me today to clear the last Map of League 2.

I had avoided using them because I just thought they were too expensive. Yet, they were well worth the investment.

Fly Wheel gave me Packs

The beauty of Hive and @splinterlands is that opportunity presents itself quite often.
In this crypto space those periods they can arrive and leave very quickly.

I was able to get 200+ packs by jumping on some when they were released. But the real opportunity came when Splinterlands card renting was lucrative.
During that period I was able to earn enough $DEC to buy a Pack every fortnight. I appreciate that the flywheel during that period enabled me to enjoy SoulKeep today.

If you like the Grind. If you like suffering. Then you will like it.

To me this game is enjoyable. It will not suit everyone.
I enjoy the grind, and suffering, that comes from this type of game.

I commend Double Coconut for taking on this project and helping to get it into the Splinterverse.

Vonak!

Keep up the good work. 👏🎵

Dear beloved Hive creator,

Coding poet Gudasol here to support you sharing your art + life on Hive.

As a fellow creator, I know how hard it is to get the word out there.

I built cXc.world to help creators like us get more support from the blockchain community + beyond.

Share your music on cXc.world, and copy the Markdown for a easy post includes embedded players for Spotify, Youtube, Soundcloud.

That way, you can earn HIVE + stack streams on centralized platforms, as they do still matter.

Not a music creator? No problem. You can still use cXc.world to find + share music you love.

What's next?

Preview the next evolution of cXc, Tetra.earth.

Expose local music from your area!

We're helping grassroots musicians, and you can too by adding their music (no sign up or WAX account required).

Bad news: Saying see you later to Hive! 👋

We didn't get the needed support to continue cXc.world on Hive, as our DHF proposal lacked votes, but [Good News Everyone] cXc.world will add a Markdown copy button, allowing you to easily share your music + music you find on Hive.

For now, we're on WAX, with tools you can use to mint your own Music/Media NFT collection.
