PhotoFeed Contest - Macro Photography - Under Mommy's watch

At first I really thought that this baby insect was wandering alone in the wild, doing all uit can to survive alone out there in the wild wild world. I tried to photograph it while it was alone and still looking really cute.

Anwyay this is the baby of a cotton stainer bug, and it has such a nice bright red and orange color of its body. And I will use the first image here as my entry for this week contest.

Yes I really thought that his little guy was wandering alone, in this little weedy bush in the unattended patch of land near my house.

But then out of nowhere comes the mother, checking on the little guy who was playing and checking out the world.
I have never know, the the mother was observing me, observing her kid. hahaha

She was trying to protect her kid. as you can see she was at the front, making sure the things are safe.

After she make sure things are safe, she just let the kid play everywhere he wants.
