Just before I arrived to Mumbai, the evening before we had our Ladies group meet. It is a yearly event which is kind of a ritual, where we wrap up the year with celebrations and reflect back on our successes and accomplishments through the year. This group is just not about Ladies Kitty party. On an on going basis there are lot of workshops, creative sessions, charity events, human centered missions that we carry out. End of the year it's time for celebrations where we come together and spend a joyous time with each other.

This year ending celebration event was organized at the Hyatt Hotel Gardens, it's a beautiful venue. The weather is very pleasant now so an outdoor venue is apt. We had a good turnaround for the event. All the ladies were decked up in their best costumes, everyone was shining out. There were many sponsors for the event and every single person left with some or the other gift, which was given to us by the Santa.

What I enjoy most about these events and groups is that there is a diversity. There are ladies from all across the world who come together and unite as one team. We share our cultures and traditions with each other and also our skills and knowledge, which makes it a lot of fun.

After the meals we had dancing. There was a DJ organized who was also a lady. So you see, it is all about us Ladies. There was good food, good music, gorgeous venue, dancing, friends and all the fun. What more could we ask for, it was a joyous moment. Everyone was in high spirits and the vibe was so high.
