📕MICRORELATO

Hello Hive friends, coffee lovers!
I'm Sahilí, and I hope you're having a wonderful day. This is my first time sharing in this community. I'm stopping by to tell you about one of the latest micro-stories I've been working on.

First, I should mention that for me, there isn't a specific day for writing, but this Thursday seemed to be the perfect time, and I had no objection, nor any pending errands that could drag me out of my house. Everything seemed to be aligned for me to immerse myself in words and enjoy the sound of my laptop keys as my fingers clicked them one by one. The ambient temperature hovered around 19-21 degrees Celsius, a sweater with a different texture than my everyday ones, and that divine warmth of feeling snuggled up—clearly all of that fuels the literary imagination. And there I was, in a perfect setting—at least for my senses—to create and daydream over cups of coffee, because, as I mentioned in yesterday's post (https://ecency.com/hive-195419/@scristialara/y-el-cafe-para-cuando), coffee is the excuse for everything in my life.
The morning wore on, and little by little, creativity began to emerge, resulting in the following micro-story I want to share with you, titled: "Over a Coffee."
I hope you find it enjoyable and learn that over a cup of coffee, lives can come together and many paths can be chosen.
📕MICRO-STORY
Over a Coffee (Sahilí Cristiá Lara)
A coffee changes lives. The sea at our feet, my gaze on his eyes, our hands playing the game of what to hold: the coffee cup or his hands. He, with a smile, utters the phrase: Marry me! So absurd that I thought he was crazy. My verdict: I didn't come to this country to find a husband...
Witness to his romances, accomplice in conversations, friend to his "friends." Coffee time, like his glances, is always for me...
I drink a coffee and try to write what could be our story:
I have mornings. Dreams in which I pour out my warm passions. I take your hand and say: Come, look how you have me. Touch me, it's yours. I like the way you love me, the way you make me yours. Yes! Yours. Your woman.
I don't intend for him to see it. It's not allowed to judge. I made my choice. I am aware that for a coffee, that crazy man and I: we stay! We exhaust the time that has been given to us, even though we have not returned to the sea for a coffee.
📝🙌That's all for today. We'll meet again tomorrow.
Sending ecency curation vote.
Muy romántico tu microrelato, te felicito.
saludos
