After Tree is The Spot – Food’s So Good and The Place Looks Amazing!

So let me tell you about After Tree this coffee and snack shop that’s been making waves everywhere! If you have not been yet you are really missing out because everything about this place is just chef’s kiss from how pretty it is to how dang good all the food tastes!

First off, the vibe here is so chill. As soon as you walk in, you’ll see this super cool neon sign on the wall with a tree logo and “AFTER TREE” glowing bright blue it looks awesome in photos btw! They have got tons of green plants around too so it feels like you are hanging out in a nice little garden inside a building.

The dining area even has a big fake tree right in the middle and all the chairs and tables are comfy as heck wooden stuff mixed with soft seats so you can sit here for hours and not get tired. Whether you are just scrolling through your phone meeting up with barkada or even cramming some work the place never feels too crowded or too quiet it’s just right.

The lighting is perfect too not too bright and not too dark, so it’s easy on the eyes whether you are reading something or just chatting with friends. Plus the music they play is always laidback nothing too loud that you can’t talk just nice tunes that make the whole place feel even cozier.

Now let’s talk about the food because WOW. Their drinks are so fun i saw someone holding this bright red drink the other day and had to get it too. It’s super refreshing tastes like real fruits (no weird artificial flavors here!) and even has the little tree logo printed on the cup so cute!

They have got other drinks too, like hot coffee that smells amazing as soon as it’s served and milk teas that are creamy and not too sweet. But the pastries? That’s where they really nail it. Their egg tarts are LEGIT. The regular one called Signature Egg Tart has this crust that’s super flaky and crumbles in the best way possible with a filling that’s creamy as anything. It’s not too sweet which i love because you can actually taste the egg flavor! Then there’s the Ube Egg Tart you know how Filipinos go crazy for ube right? Well this one’s perfect the purple color is so pretty and it tastes like homemade ube jam mixed with that classic smooth egg tart feel.

Even their plain egg tarts are so good you’ll want to order a whole box to take home for later! They’ve got other snacks too like different kinds of pastries in their display case that look just as yummy i have seen chocolate ones and cheese ones that I’m definitely trying next time. Pair any of these with your drink of choice and you have got yourself the perfect snack time.

The best part? It does not feel like one of those fancy places where you pay a ton for tiny portions of food. Everything’s reasonably priced and the staff are all so friendly they greet you with a smile and even give you recommendations if you can’t decide what to get.

A lot of us already make this our go to spot for lazy afternoons quick meetups with friends or even as a stopover after running errands. It’s the kind of place where you can take cute pics for your Instagram but also just relax and enjoy yourself without feeling like you have to be all dressed up or anything. You can come here in jeans and a t-shirt and fit right in!
