Hello there and happy weekend, fellow coffee lovers!

I've got a story to share with you about a new coffee shop I discovered in Baguio City, the Coffee Project. Now, I know what you're thinking: "Another coffee shop? What's so special about this one?" Well, let me tell you, it's not just any coffee shop. It's a place where you can find serenity in a cup of coffee and pine-filled air. Intrigued? Let's dive in.

So, it all started on a regular day, just a few days before Christmas. I was scrolling through my Facebook feed, looking for a new coffee shop to try. You know how it is, right? We all need a change of scenery every now and then. And that's when I stumbled upon the Coffee Project. It had just opened on December 17th, and the reviews were already pouring in. I thought, "Why not give it a try?" So, my daughter and I traveled up to Baguio on the 20th—that was last Wednesday—and called my friends who live there, and we decided to pay a visit. Actually, I wanted to go back to Baguio again for a Christmas holiday visit. It's a tradition for me and my daughter, so we might as well find a new coffee shop to stop by before wandering around the city.

As we made our way to the heart of the City of Pines, I could already feel the excitement building up. The moment we stepped into the Coffee Project, I knew we were in for a treat. The ambiance was just perfect. The hustle and bustle of the city faded into the background, replaced by the soothing aroma of coffee, the calming scent of pine-filled air and the gorgeous mountain landscape.

The first thing we did was take photos. There are lots of photos. And one thing that really caught my attention was the giant coffee cup signage in the parking lot. As we walked along the sidewalk to the coffee shop, I could already feel the soothing vibe and lovely aroma of the coffee. The indoor tables under the pines are so adorable and everything around them is so inviting.

The interior of the Coffee Project is a sight to behold. It's a beautiful blend of modern and rustic elements, reflecting the charm of Baguio City. Every corner is Instagram-worthy, making it a perfect spot for coffee lovers and photography enthusiasts alike. The ceiling, the lights, the decor, and even the bathrooms are gorgeous. I was also amazed by their pretty Christmas tree beside the counter. It took me a little while to take photos before I decided to order. When people start to come, it's time to take a seat. I offered to pay for my friends coffee since I was the one who invited them.

I ordered a cup of cappucino for me and one of my friends, which costs Php255 per 12 oz. My daughter and one of my friends' daughters had hot milk chocolate, which cost Php295 each. One of my friends has Cafe Americano, which costs Php225, and the other two friends ordered Tsokolate at Keso, which costs Php375 each. I paid around PHP 2,000 plus a side dish. It's a bit pricey compared to other coffee shops I have been to, but the coffee and the ambiance are worth paying for. Their coffee? It's simply divine. Each sip is a testament to the barista's expertise, offering a perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness that leaves you craving more. The quality of the coffee, the serene ambiance, and the exceptional service make it a worthwhile experience.

We spent like an hour there, just chatting, laughing, and enjoying our coffee. It was one of those days that you wish would never end. But, as they say, all good things must come to an end. As we left Coffee Project, I couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment. It was more than just a visit to a coffee shop. It was a day well spent, filled with laughter, good coffee, and great company.

The Coffee Project is a must-visit for anyone seeking a unique coffee experience in Baguio City. It's more than just a coffee shop; it's a place where you can find peace and serenity while enjoying a delicious cup of coffee. So, the next time you're in Baguio City, make sure to stop by Coffee Project. You won't be disappointed. It is located at 48 Outlook Drive, Purok 6, Brgy. Gibraltar, Baguio City, and they are open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.

Until our next coffee adventure, dear friends! Cheers!
