Degustando un delicioso Capuccino [ESP/ENG]

Hello, hello people of the internet! How are you? I'm Bethyjade and today I want to tell you about my experience tasting one of the delicious coffees at Strauss Coffee, the coffee shop where I currently work. I really like this place because it has a different concept than what I've seen elsewhere, both as an employee and a customer. This is practically a gastronomic museum where customers have the opportunity to taste dishes from eight countries. I, for example, am working in the French pastry area, which I love, but every area of ​​this place is beautiful, with an extraordinary decoration that mixes very hipster and urban elements with the flirty, at least in my area, hehe 😊

To celebrate my stay there, and eager to try their coffee offerings, I decided to try a cappuccino, which was delicious. You could tell the barista put a lot of care and effort into his work, not only in terms of the decor, which is beautifully presented, but also because the flavor was delicious.

I usually order a vanilla latte because it's my favorite coffee par excellence, but this one had been highly recommended to me, so I wanted to give it a try. This one is practically a latte, but what makes the difference is that the cappuccino has more cream, and you can see it in the photo here. The texture was quite creamy and smooth, absolutely delicious. The sweetness is up to the customer, meaning it comes with separate sugar packets so you can decide how much to add.

The coffee flavor was also very intense, but the cream gives it a perfect and elegant touch. It's ideal to accompany it with cookies or a delicious biscuit. So, truly, now, after trying it, I can certify the excellence of the barista's work and I can obviously recommend this place to anyone who wants to taste a very good coffee.

Hola Hola, gente de internet ¿Cómo están? Yo soy Bethyjade y hoy quiero contarles mi experiencia degustando uno de los deliciosos cafés de Strauss Coffee, la cafetería donde trabajo actualmente. Me gusta mucho este lugar porque tiene un concepto diferente a lo que yo he visto en otros lados, tanto como empleada como cliente. Este es prácticamente un museo gastronómico en el que los clientes tienen la oportunidad de degustar platillos de ocho países, yo, por ejemplo estoy trabajando en el área de pastelería francesa, la cuál me encanta, pero cada zona de este lugar es hermosa, con una decoración extraordinaria que mezcla elementos muy hípsters y urbanos con lo coquette, al menos en mi área, jeje 😊

Para celebrar mi estancia allí, y con ganas de probar lo que ofrecen en materia de cafés, decidí probar un cappuccino el cuál estaba delicioso, se nota que el barista le puso esmero y empeño a su trabajo, no solo en materia de decoración, porque tiene una presentación hermosa, sino porque el sabor estaba delicioso.

Normalmente siempre pido un latte vainilla porque ese es mi café preferido por excelencia, sin embargo me habían recomendado mucho este, así que quise darle una oportunidad. Este es prácticamente un latte, pero lo que hace la diferencia es que el capuccino tiene más crema, y aquí en la foto ustedes lo pueden notar, la textura era bastante cremosa y suave, absolutamente deliciosa, el dulzor lo dejan a criterio del cliente, es decir, viene con bolsitas de azúcar aparte para que tú decidas qué cantidad ponerle.

El sabor además era muy intenso a café, pero la crema le da un toque perfecto y elegante, es ideal para acompañarlo con galletitas o un delicioso biscocho, así que de verdad ahora, después de probarlo, puedo certificar la excelencia del trabajo del barista y obviamente puedo recomendar este lugar para el que quiera degustar un muy buen café.
