Why I'd Hire Humans For My Dream Company
When starting a company, it always feels like you're standing on the edge of a big and exciting adventure that you do not know what the future holds.
Take me as an example, if I were to build my dream team, I would choose humans instead of AI. Because humans are really passionate, messy, and marvelous people. And they can be able to bring things to life. And that is why I believe humans are the heart of any great company.
And why I would want human over AI by my side to build my dream company. Humans are said to have this incredible spark that no machine or an AI can replicate. Just the way you see someone's eyes light up when they share a white idea in a meeting. Or the laughter that erupts from a joke or a brainstorming session, which goes totally off the rails.
You see so much energy. That is magic from different people. This builds a culture where people feel connected, inspired also, and are ready to pour their hearts into what they find and love doing.
I don't want a boring workplace. I want a workplace where people can show up as their full self with their dreams and their determination. And with one mind. Because from that place is where the best ideas are born.
I know AI is amazing. It makes work easier by the means of automatic tasking. But humans bring, but humans bring empathy and intuition to the table. So, imagine a customer reaching out to them. At least a human can lend a listening ear. They can understand the emotions behind the words the customer is saying.
Loyal connections or think about designing a business. Humans are drawn from their own experience, their struggles and their joy. So they are expected to create something that truly resonates with others.
That is kind of impact I want my company to also have. So hiring humans also means investing in goods. I would love to see someone that starts as being shy and blossom, that starts as a shy person becomes a confident leader in the future.
And I would also like to watch teams come together to solve a particular problem and they are learning from each other along the way which promotes humanity. Humans can evolve, adapt and surprise with resilience and persistence.
Building a company with people means building a community with like minds, ones that will grow stronger and can stand and challenge and tackle any problem till they obtain victory.
So don't get me wrong, AI also has this place and it has also been amazing. But I would prefer humans than AI when I want to build my dream company. And that is what I love. Thank you.

As efficient as AI will prove to be in a company, there's also the need for humans. AI will only view things from an automatic perspective and your prompt's perspective. It doesn't have experiences of it's own that'll help shape it's ideas and suggestions.
