Mushrooms that grow in pine forests

Happy Friday. Greetings to all lovers of interesting and unique mushrooms. This is my contribution to the #FungiFriday challenge hosted by @ewkaw in this community.

I chose a pine forest as my mushroom hunting location this time. I thought there would be some mushroom species left even though it hadn't rained here for a while. And my hunch was right. I found a few of those species to feature here today.

In my opinion. Some of the mushroom species that I found are mushroom species that can survive in hot weather without any rain to wet them. But besides being strong enough to survive in conditions without rain. These mushrooms are also able to survive because they grow under shady pine trees and are able to withstand the heat.

Like this mushroom. They are strong enough to survive in hot weather. At first glance, this mushroom looks like coral in the sea, growing under pine trees and slightly covered in pine needles. I had to move the leaves aside to get the right position for the photo.

And this I found growing on a felled pine tree trunk. This mushroom has a hard texture and sticks very strongly to where it grows.

I have found this mushroom several times and usually they grow in clusters on one object. They are shaped like ears, without stems and grow attached to each other.

It looks unique with its fine fur. Like hair that wraps and sticks to the tree branches. But they are also strong enough to survive in hot conditions even though they are not hard-structured.

And the last mushroom with a hard texture too. But this is different from the second one above. This one has a difference on both sides..the top has a smooth shape and at the bottom it looks like it has pores that look like a honeycomb.

These are some of the mushrooms that grow under the pine forest that I found during my mushroom hunt this time.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by. Glad to share the uniqueness of mushrooms in this community. See you next Friday

These mushrooms look so magical growing among the pine needles. Nature always finds a way to surprise us with such beauty.
