Mushrooms in a pot for Fungi Friday

Mushrooms from my garden

I noticed these guys the last day and as soon as I saw them, I thought of Fungi Friday straight away!

They were growing in a flower pot with last year's dead flowers. Luckily said flowers are perennials and will therefore grow back for me next year with zero effort. You can't beat the auld perennials!

Now to the mushrooms and the point of this Friday post.

Coco certainly approves of the mushrooms as you can see here with the big happy head on her!

Close Up

Let's get a few close ups of these bad boys so the experts among you may be able to identify the breed.

Fungi Friday

First things first, have a look on the #fungifriday community and scroll back to some of @ewkaw's Friday posts to hear all about it and get snapping the next time that you see mushrooms in the wild.

My golf course is great for mad looking mushrooms and it is in fact soon going to be that time of year when these guys start sprouting up around the golf course again and I always like sharing these photos as they're pretty cool if I may say so myself.

These photos are all my own taken on my Samsung smartphone

Thanks as always for stopping by everyone.

Peace Out

I don't care what they all say Deirdy, you're not a bad egg at all, at all.

Hope all is well below in Tipperary 👌
