My first thought when I see this cassava salad is that it must be very tasty, and knowing the ingredients makes me think so even more. I have never tried cassava, but I used to work in a fruit and vegetable shop and saw how people bought it to make various dishes, including salads. It is practically unknown in Argentina, but here in Spain it sells very well, especially to Latin Americans.
Not only did you present the dish spectacularly and give excellent step-by-step instructions, but the various ingredients also add colour to the salad, making it even more appetising. Using yoghurt instead of mayonnaise gives it a smooth texture and is great for people who, for various reasons, cannot eat mayonnaise. An excellent recipe that I would love to try.

I had read about this style of painting with coffee once here on Hive, but I had never seen a step-by-step guide and a painting as beautiful as this one. The light and dark tones of the coffee bring your landscape to life, and I see something autumnal and beautiful. It reminds me of when I used to paint with sepia chalk pastels, in two tones like you do. What a wonderful technique.
It's original, innovative and unusual, the tones are beautiful and the drawing transports you to that peaceful place. I liked the notes you added, giving tips on how to get the best results from this technique, as well as the details and all the materials used and how to do it.

Reading your story brought back similar memories with my dog. Although your case seems more serious than ours, Rocky used to chew the edges of the sofa, the beds and rugs we bought him to sleep on, and his toys. So far, so normal. The surprising thing was the he chewed the corner of a wall. 😂 I'm glad you can now spend more time with him, especially because I can see he's still young and you're very attached to him. He has a beautiful face, is so cute, I'd love to know his name. Enjoy him and give him lots of love. Time with them goes by too quickly.

In 2008, they held a similar exhibition in my city, and your post reminded me a lot of everything I experienced and lived there. You were better prepared with chairs for waiting, hehe. I love the central theme; it's a unique opportunity to travel the world in a small space, learning about other cultures and ways of life.
Of all the pavilions you show us, my favourite is the Philippines, it's very colourful and welcoming. I can't believe that polvorón is a typical sweet in your country, what a discovery! In Spain, we eat them on Christmas, I suppose it's a remnant of the time when the Spanish were there.
The night view adds a magical touch to the experience. Although I can see that the queues made everything more difficult and tedious, it's well worth it.
