Thanks for sharing your trip to Halfeti, the Turkish Atlantis! I like to hear stories about history, but I don't like it when humans interfere with some ridiculous decisions, such as this one... It's like silencing history by flooding it under the water...
I'm going fishing at one lake that was also human-created... As I was regular in the last 10 years, whenever water drops, the part of the old mill is visible... But, as years were passing by, nature does its thing, and the old mill is slowly disappearing... I suppose a similar future awaits the old mosque from your story...

What an interesting review of this video, or rather this song, as a struggle between reality and dreams. As you rightly point out, when we are children we have many dreams and know many things, but then society, family, and adulthood tell us it's not possible and crush our dreams. You have to have a lot of willpower and a bit of rebellion to go against everything. But as you say, love is stronger than reality; it's the most powerful force in the world.
I really like your interpretation of the song in the video and your opinions. Fighting for dreams and love is worth it, even if reality wants to crush them. And I don't think love has gone out of style, not for me, but in society it may be as you say. Listening to these two great singers is a pleasure. I'm on the side of dreams and always will be.
