I've been thinking about this for a while. Before AI I was able to write and redact stories and poems and now, after I started to use some AI tools to seek inspiration, I've lost those capacities.
What can I do to get it back?
Very good question, at first I think by stopping using it; There will be a limit that the studies will say, a threshold at which we can use it without losing conitive capabilities, I suppose.
Greetings
Well, I haven't been using it for a while but I haven't been able to start doing those things again. I think I need a little practice to start again.
