I made a special rubber stamp about the "Thinking about home" series! ^_^
An happy Tuesday to all hivers here! Another hot day here and so I'm spending the most part of the day inside my home. I have a fan close to me that make me feel cool enough to work on my artworks, but, as you know, I use to wake up soon in the morning and those first hours of the day are the best hours to work in a comfortable way. ^_^
Today I'm here to show you something special I made for my next solo exhibition in August. I thought it could be nice to create a small gift for people who will come to visit my exhibition. Usually here in my area August is a very hot month, so I felt the need to thanks all the "brave" people who will visit my exhibition with a little thought. Thinking about it, I create (by my own hands) a special rubber stamp about my characters of the series "Thinking about home" and you can see the final result in the following pic:
It was a long time since I created my previous rubber stamps, but I had so much fun to create this new one!
After I carved the stamp rubber in form of one of my usual characters, I glued it on a scrap of wood to print it in a better way.
I made it in around A5 size, so I can use the rubber stamp to create some small prints to say my best thanks to people who will visit my solo exhibition. In the following pic you can see the poster of it:
See ya soon and stay safe,
Silvia
