A Friend Sent Me a Package from Hawai’i
A friend of mine sent these to me. Look at these goodies from Hawai’i!
Hawaiian Soda Company was born on the beaches of Hawai’i, inspired by the islands' vibrant flavors and natural beauty! Their tropical soda is crafted from real ingredients... fruit juice, no artificial flavors, no caffeine, no added sugar, and no preservatives. Founded in 2023, they may be young, but their tropical sodas proudly represent the essence of Hawai‘i... pure, refreshing, and rooted in nature!
I also received three live plumeria cuttings. Plumeria are sometimes called lei flowers, but their botanical name is Plumeria Spp. The last plumeria cutting I bought in Hawai'i did not survive I'll try again!

Do you know that there are Surfing Santa events all over the country, and the biggest one (I thnik) is in Cocoa Beach in Florida?
And... practical grocery totes!
Ahhh... my heart is full!!! It is not from what was sent, but from the thought behind them. The gifts themselves are immaterial, but the kindness is not. That's everything.

The way we usually planted the plumeria (frangipani) is to just put it in the soil, just let the cutting touch the soil, and don't push it too much to the soil as it might rot. once the roots started to grow, then you can make a hole and bury it to the soil.

What a thoughtful gift all the way from Hawaii! That Hawaiian soda looks really good, I don't think I've ever tried it before. I'm sure they must sell it locally in California.
