My Personalized Cards of Soulful Beauty – Designed for those who earned my regards!

There happened to be a few select people this year who were deserving to get my signature cards for them – designed my me, highlighting them like a star. My cards may not excite them for it’s no funky NFT – but their creation is inspired by them.

They are crafted based on their flavor – steaming with the aroma of their essence!

These cards are specially made – catering to connect to a person’s soul – portraying the person’s Beauty and being …echoing their uniqueness openly.

My cards are one of the most meaningful creations honoring the person for what they are.

This is why people find my cards truly touching – proving that my word of compliments are very true about the soul of the person the card is made for and therefore very meaningful.

Crafting the Card Story – themed around that special meaningful person…

Each card creation process was an exciting process for me – getting me fully involved – sketching the person – highlighting their aspects – shaping them in words, featuring them finally in cards. Forming the words is just one part – derived as explained earlier.

Creating the card is another part. This is the hard part for me, designing the cards – inside which my words reside and do their singing.

The card is designed around the words composed in Part 1.

It involves creative effort in laying out - card layout, color schema, font, formatting and images additions that play a role in adding depth to the card’s narrative.

This is a tediously involving work for me, which is why I create cards for only few select people who move me – mean something to me, who have aspects I appreciate.

Introducing the persona on whom I created my First Birthday Card of this Year

Merging your company along with her treats – all homemade, therefore super authentic, rich delicacies!

These are special as they are prepared with care – blending with taste, quality and are rich their way embedded with the subtle element of nutrition.

Yet what softened me towards her was the care and regards she showed me – always welcoming, accommodating me in her circle – family or friends.

She appreciates my good virtues and introduces me to others proudly highlighting them.

She’s always an ever cheerful, sweet, well-intentioned host – animated with a friendly energy – that’s truly pleased – in having everybody in to have an enjoyable together time.

I sensed this – even when I felt out of place in others company at her home. Eventually, I manage to fit in as I am free to create my space and enjoy the time my way - eating, sitting, exploring the settings, and relaxing.

Her welcoming niceties is something to appreciate – but besides that there is a lingering dignified pride about her as she’s a multi -talented person – firm in her principles. One of her evident talents is her dishes – very tasty and yummy!

She turned 80 this year – yet just 2 years ago – at her age she managed a diwali luncheon get together – arranging home-cooked tasty food for 20 people at her house. It was for her friends and the only family person invited there was me – because she wanted me to feel warm, not lonely, as my family was away.

Based on her above personality assessment I designed a card for her.

My association with Vedu Attai forged my ties with her family.

She made space for me to connect with her family – her husband, my Athimbere, and her children – my cousin sister and brother and his family.

Their genuine warmth acknowledging my company, presence and engagement is a pleasing experience.

There is a space for me - where I can share my stories – that’s listened to and I am encouraged to be my animated self.

It’s a delight to meet with people who enjoy your company.

The regards shown by her family besides her is pleasantly soothing. Athimbere even though old and frail, never fails to shine off warm friendly vibes with his smiles, cheerful greeting and warm handshake.

My cousin sister – emits her pleasant welcoming warmth seeing me, my cousin brother and his family enthusiastically come forward to engage with me.

Together, we are able to have a good time, without needing to make fake pretenses.

So, Vedu Attai’s house is opened up for me – to not just to spent time with her and Athinbere but her family as well!

Vedu Attai’s supportive role in managing Dad’s Heart issue crisis!

This year – Vedu Attai played a supportive role to help me navigate dealing with Dad’s severe Heart issue – with all his major heart arteries Blocked. She arranged for Dad to see her known Heart Doctor.

My cousin sister accompanied us – as I was not able to handle Dad, with frictions between us. She eased tensions between us – while being a impartial witness to Doctor’s opinion.

Vedu Attai along with others like my Peripa and another Attai were – were core well wishers who kept checking on Dad – motivating him to address his heart issue. They had some influence on my Dad who finally decided on getting his Bypass surgery done.

All their help and support were crucial aiding me to manage Dad’s Heart Crisis Episode. They strengthened me in doing whatever was required to address the situation – deciding on surgeon, fixing surgery amongst other things.

Since, Dad’s heart was fragile I needed to handle him delicately – ensuring he is in condition to undergo the surgery. This had me be careful about his diet, and take on many additional responsibilities to prepare him for surgery.

Vedu Attai’s cool hand besides others helped me in to maintain composure and not collapse, as I could not afford to collapse till Dad’s critical period is done with – there was lot of uncertainty on what may happen. I have narrated some of that story here –

My Card for Vedu Attai – a gesture showing that her connect is valuable to me

I tried to believe – that Vedu Attai maintained connect with me because I am her Brother’s daughter, but I knew she had personal regards for me – based on my independent identity.

When she called me to enquire about my Dad’s condition after his surgery, I thanked her for extending her support given out of her affection for Dad, but she countered me firmly saying she don’t know about me but she has good ties with all her nieces and nephews.

It was nice to get this receipt of love from her – that conveys she’s got a bond with me, personally.

I made a card for her – believing in the connect I have with her, it’s my way of showing my regards for her.

Love that nourishes you with strength!

Vedu Attai and even her family showed me love their way – it mattered a lot in nourishing my soul and feel valued. I have learned to accept love rather than resist it, feeling undeserving of it.

Love means many things – but the way I see it – is when people see your worth and value you. They open up a door for you – so you can spend a good time with them being yourself.

During crisis, they become a pillar of support, so you don’t collapse but stay encouraged with strength to manage the crisis.

I appreciate her for being pleasant, accommodating, generous with her hospitality and supportive during my crisis situation.

Ties that matter – because you matter for others!

Circumstances had me hand deliver this card personally to her – signed in her presence, even though I had sent her the digital version of the card through Watsup. It was a delightful movement for me for some reason.

Cherish all the little love gestures shown by others – especially elders and acknowledge it. It’s important to recognize love, and accept it – to value a connection, a bond because real love is rare.

When this is done – life has more meaning – you feel more nourished and fulfilled, as you are valued for being authentically you.
