We went to make slopes to a little mountain that brings them, if that is tremendous this mountain is really bretadora, but today I dominate it a little more, I do not dominate it totally still, since several stretches I walked them, although I did not want to do it, really dominated me, and I had to bend.
Salimos en horas de la tarde a realizar este entrenamiento, nos dirigimos en carro hasta el incio de la montaña, antes de subir realizamos un pequeño calentamientos de unos pocos metros, luego nos llenamos de valor, y bueno nos fuimos, en esta ocasion, trabaje mas pasos cortos, ya que la ultima vez que subi me costo muchisimo desde el principio, trabaje mas pasos cortos y controlados subi sin parar hasta el kilometro 2, alli realice una pausa, y camine una parte bien inclinada, a pesar que pare me sentia bien porque rendi mas que la ultima vez que subi hace una semana, pero lam entablemente no pude hacer todo el recorrido trotando, a mi esposo tambien le costo.
We went out in the afternoon to make this training, we went by car to the beginning of the mountain, before going up we made a small warm-up of a few meters, then we filled with courage, and well we went, this time, I worked more short steps, because the last time I climbed it cost me a lot from the beginning, I worked more short and controlled steps and went up without stopping until kilometre 2, there I made a pause, and walked a very steep part, although I stopped I felt good because I performed better than the last time I went up a week ago, but unfortunately I could not do the whole route jogging, my husband also had a hard time.
Al llegar hasta la casita de la montaña, esa que se ve al final en la foto, respiramos, hidratamos, y tomamos algunas capturas del paisaje, estaba bien agradable el clima. De regreso alternamos entre trotar y caminar, ya que son bien fuertes las bajadas, y el terreno con mucha piedrilla y resbalamos siempre algo.En total realice un recorrido de 5.4 Km, son poco pero bien trabajados.
When we got to the little house on the mountain, the one you can see at the end of the photo, we breathed, hydrated, and took some pictures of the landscape, the weather was very nice. On the way back we alternated between jogging and walking, as the downhills are quite steep, and the terrain is very pebbly and we always slip a bit. 5.4 km in total, not very long but well worked.
Estamos este tiempo trbajando fortalecimiento, ya que estan un poco distanciada la proxima participacion en carrera, asi que es buen tiempo para fortalecer, y que mejor que hacerlo subiendo cuesta, que noa ayudan a aumentar la capacidad de absorcion del oxigeno, mejora la velocidad y reduce la fatiga, lo cual nos ayuda mucho en carreras de larga distancia.
We are working on strengthening, as the next race is a bit far away, so it is a good time to strengthen, and what better way to do it than going uphill, which helps to increase the capacity to absorb oxygen, improves speed and reduces fatigue, which helps us a lot in long distance races.

360m de desnivel positivo es tremenda montaña. Creo que es muy buena ruta porque yo siempre entreno con desnivel menor a 300m y me parece exigente. Esas condiciones van a estar mejorando sin parar!
