Casi siempre a la masa se le agrega, piel de cerdo frita, especies, ajies, y leche para suavisar la masa. En casa el protagonismo se lo concedemos a mamá, ella siempre dispuesta y lo rápido que las hace, la dejamos porque es imposible ir en contra de las costumbres de Mamá.
