Professor Leonardo Setti and the solar communities
Description
On April 11th this year I had the opportunity to attend a conference by Professor Leonardo Setti. Professor Setti has been a confirmed researcher at the "Toso Montanari" Faculty of Industrial Chemistry of the University of Bologna since 1998 in the disciplinary grouping of Fermentation Chemistry and Industrial Biotechnology.
He has created several projects and below is a list of some of them:
-European project “ENERGY@SCHOOL” INTERREG CENTRAL EUROPE 2016 for low carbon cities and regions
-LITCAR Project (Integrated Laboratory of Technologies and Environmental Control in the life cycle of Waste)
-Project line for the creation of bioelectrodes
-Project line on the development of plastic photovoltaic cells
One of Professor Setti's most important projects is the CENTER for LOCAL SOLAR COMMUNITIES.
He was the first in Italy to build solar communities, which differ in some rather important aspects from energy communities.
Italians are liking his idea more and more and solar communities are starting to spring up throughout Italy.

Il professore Leonardo Setti e le comunità solari

L’11 aprile di quest’anno ho avuto l’opportunità di assistere ad una conferenza del professor Leonardo Setti. Il professore Setti è un ricercatore confermato della Facoltà di Chimica Industriale "Toso Montanari" dell'Università di Bologna dal 1998 nel raggruppamento disciplinare di Chimica delle Fermentazioni e Biotecnologia Industriale.
Egli ha realizzato diversi progetti e qui di seguito un elenco di alcuni di essi:
-Progetto europeo “ENERGY@SCHOOL” INTERREG CENTRAL EUROPE 2016 for low carbon cities and regions
-Progetto LITCAR (Laboratorio Integrato Tecnologie e Controllo Ambientale nel ciclo di vita dei Rifiuti)
-Linea progettuale per la realizzazione di bioelettrodi
-Linea progettuale sullo sviluppo di celle fotovoltaiche plastiche
Uno tra i più importanti progetti del professor Setti è il CENTRO per le COMUNITA' SOLARI LOCALI.
Egli è stato il primo in Italia a costruire le comunità solari, che si differenziano per alcuni aspetti piuttosto importanti dalle comunità energetiche.
La sua idea sta piacendo sempre di più agli italiani e le comunità solari stanno iniziando a nascere in tutta Italia.
