In this guide we will see how to delegate Hive Powers to a user.
We will use Peakd's application to do this.

Show delegations already in place
To see the delegations already in place we need to perform the steps below.
-1- Go to the PEAKD wallet and click on the magnifying glass in the Staked Hive Tokens - Hive Power (HP) section.
A window will now appear with a list of executed proxies. Below is an example.

Execute a new delegation
To delegate HPs to a user, perform the following steps.

-1- Click on the "delegate" button.

A window will now appear from which you can perform the delegation operation.
2.1- Enter the name of the user to whom you want to delegate.
2.2 - enter the amount of Hive Power to be delegated
3.3 - click on the confirmation button

Make the various confirmations to conclude the transaction. For example, for those using Hive Keychain there will be an additional confirmation to perform.

Conclusions
In the HIVE blockchain one can delegate Hive Powers (HPs) to another user. These HPs will give the delegating user the opportunity to earn as if the HPs were his own, but in reality they will always belong to the delegating user. As far as the delegating user is concerned, it must be said that these HPs will no longer be counted in the total HPs useful for the user's influence on the platform. From these delegated HPs, the delegating user, will still receive a small percentage gain in HP.

Per vedere le deleghe già eseguite bisogna eseguire i passi qui di seguito descritti.
-1- Andare nel wallet di PEAKD e cliccare sulla lente di ingrandimento della sezione Staked Hive Tokens - Hive Power (HP)
A questo punto apparirà una finestra con l'elenco delle deleghe eseguite. Qui di seguito un esempio.

Eseguire una nuova delega
Per delegare degli HP ad un utente eseguire le seguenti operazioni

-1- Cliccare sul bottone "delegate"

A questo punto apparirà una finestra dalla quale si potrà effettuare l'operazione di delega.
2.1 - inserire il nome dell'utente a cui si vuole effettuare la delega
2.2 - Inserire la quantità di Hive Power da delegare
3.3 - cliccare sul pulsante di conferma

Effettuare le varie conferme per concludere la transazione. Ad esempio per chi usa Hive Keychain ci sarà un ulteriore conferma da eseguire.

Conclusioni
Nella blockchain di HIVE si possono delegare gli Hive Power (HP) ad un altro utente. Questi HP daranno la possibilità a chi li ha ricevuti in delega di guadagnare come se gli HP fossero i suoi, ma in realtà apparterranno sempre all'utente delegante. Per quanto riguarda l'utente delegante bisogna dire che questi HP non saranno più conteggiati nel totale degli HP utili per l'influenza che l'utente ha sulla piattaforma. Da questi HP delegati, l'utente delegante, riceverà comunque un piccolo guadagno percentuale in HP.
Con questo strumento gli utenti con maggior esperienza possono aiutare i nuovi utenti, inoltre ritengo lo strumento delega un ulteriore strumento per premiare chi crea contenuti di qualità.
