Introduction
This week's theme helps us reflect on how much HIVE has given us, but I think that some posts can also come out, from this community, that help novices. In my opinion, a novice who accidentally stumbles upon these posts, will in turn be able to immediately discover what HIVE can give.

Below we see in detail what I have learned from HIVE and I would like to point out that I have left the one I consider the most important for last.

The sense of group

When I entered this world I was welcomed by @mad-runner who taught me to welcome. This welcome in turn transformed into a sense of belonging, that is, shortly after meeting Mad I felt part of a group. HIVE, however, does not only teach how to be part of a group or to be in a group, HIVE teaches that a group of people can grow and do so faster than individual users.
HIVE teaches us to support each other, HIVE teaches us that in a group we grow faster, HIVE teaches us that a community is stronger than an individual.
Up to this point, someone might think that it is the usual speech, but it is not. The fact is that by working and collaborating within this platform you savor the advantages and successes of being a group. So the beauty of this platform is that in addition to the teaching it also shows the results that derive from that teaching.
When you work on this platform within a well-cohesive community, there are two data that clearly show how important it is to be a group. One is the growth of your profile's reputation, in a community your reputation can grow faster because you are followed more
The other thing lies in the economic aspect. An HIVE profile has a value, a value given by its HP and HBD, and this value grows faster when interacting within a community

By dint of using Facebook, Instagram and other traditional social networks, I had absolutely lost sight of the quality of posts and information. The old social networks offer brief information, sometimes only visual with very poor quality. The old social networks have come to provide information that is no longer even information, it is just opinions of anyone who does not know what truth they derive from, often from none.
The old social networks, or traditional social networks, are now practically full of posts that have the sole purpose of attracting attention, but not of saying something. Instead, this platform has taught me again what quality information is. This platform is stemming the drift of traditional social networks. I therefore thank HIVE for having brought quality back into a social platform and for having guided me to make quality posts.

Another thing that HIVE has given me is a broad knowledge of the world of cryptocurrencies. The world of blockchain and the world of cryptocurrencies is something that today we can also define as boundless. It is therefore important to know the benefits and risks right away. If there is a place that can inform users about what the world of cryptocurrencies is today, it is HIVE. Within this platform there are users who are experts in both blockchain and finance. These users can put novices on the right track right away. This is very important, because those who are just starting out in blockchain don't know how to move and are very afraid of risk. This platform helps to better understand the world of blockchain. I think I learned 80% of what I know about cryptocurrencies from HIVE.

And now we come to the most important thing I learned from HIVE.
HIVE is a platform that provides rewards to those who create content, interact or leave upvotes. HIVE does not exclude anyone from this mechanism…

This is extremely important.
HIVE teaches us that if we have something to say, this thing is worth it. Be careful, here the mechanism of old social networks is subverted. Old social networks pay you if you have many followers, that's it, there are no other questions. That is, if you have many followers, it doesn't matter what you say, the important thing is the quantity. HIVE doesn't care about any of this. If you have something to say and you say it, you are still rewarded by the platform. I hope I've made it clear what this means. This means that anyone who has something to say is rewarded. It means having information that is much more democratic and broader.

Conclusions
Hive taught me to no longer be an individual, but to be part of a community. HIVE taught me that quality in a social network matters. HIVE taught me what blockchain is and what cryptocurrencies are. HIVE taught me that I am worth something even if I have few followers.

Introduzione
Il tema di questa settimana ci aiuta a riflettere su quanto HIVE ci ha dato, ma credo che possano uscire fuori anche dei post, da parte di questa comunità, che aiutino i novizi. Secondo me un novizio che per caso si imbatterà in questi post, potrà a sua volta scoprire subito cosa HIVE può dare.

Qui di seguito vediamo nel dettaglio quali cose ho imparato da HIVE e avviso che ho lasciato come ultima quella che ritengo la più importante.

Il senso di gruppo

Quando sono entrato a far parte di questo mondo sono stato accolto da @mad-runner che mi ha insegnato ad accogliere. Questa accoglienza a sua volta si è trasformata in un senso di appartenenza, cioè, poco dopo aver conosciuto Mad mi sono sentito parte di un gruppo. HIVE però non insegna solo a far parte di un gruppo o a stare in gruppo, HIVE insegna che un gruppo di persone può crescere e farlo in maniera più veloce dei singoli utenti.
HIVE insegna a sostenerci a vicenda, HIVE insegna che in gruppo si cresce più in fretta, HIVE insegna che una comunità è più forte di un singolo.
Fino a qui qualcuno potrebbe pensare che sia il solito discorso, ma non è così. Il fatto è che lavorando e collaborando all’interno di questa piattaforma si assaporano i vantaggi ed i successi di essere un gruppo. Quindi il bello di questa piattaforma sta nel fatto che oltre all’insegnamento mostra anche i risultati che ne derivano da quell’insegnamento.
Quando si lavora su questa piattaforma all’interno di una comunità ben coesa, ci sono due dati che mostrano chiaramente quanto è importante essere un gruppo. Uno è la crescita della reputazione del proprio profilo, in una comunità la reputazione può crescere più in fretta perché si è più seguiti
L’altra cosa risiede nell’aspetto economico. Un profilo di HIVE ha un valore, un valore dato dai propri HP e HBD, e questo valore, cresce più in fretta quando si interagisce all’interno di una comunità

Ho imparato la qualità

A forza di usare Facebook, Instagram e altri social network tradizionali, io avevo assolutamente perso di vista la qualità dei post e delle informazioni. I vecchi social network propongono un informazione breve, a volte solo visiva con una qualità molto scarsa. I vecchi social sono arrivati a fornire informazioni che ormai non sono più neanche informazioni, sono opinioni di chiunque che non si sa da quale verità derivano, spesso da nessuna.
I vecchi social, o social network tradizionali, ormai sono praticamente pieni di post che hanno il solo scopo di attirare l’attenzione, ma non di dire qualcosa. Invece questa piattaforma mi ha insegnato nuovamente cosa è un’informazione di qualità. Questa piattaforma sta arginando la deriva dei social network tradizionali. Ringrazio quindi HIVE di aver riportato qualità all’interno di una piattaforma social e di aver guidato anche me a fare post di qualità.

Ho imparato le criptomonete

Un'altra cosa che mi ha trasferito HIVE è un’ampia conoscenza del mondo delle criptomonete. Il mondo della blockchain e il mondo delle criptovalute è qualcosa che ad oggi possiamo anche definire come sconfinato. È importante quindi conoscere sin da subito i benefici e i rischi. Se c’è un posto che può informare gli utenti su quello che è oggi il mondo delle criptomonete è proprio HIVE. All’interno di questa piattaforma ci sono utenti esperti sia di blockchain che di finanza. Questi utenti possono mettere i novizi subito sui binari giusti. Questa è una cosa importantissima, perché chi inizia a muovere i primi passi nella blockchain non sa bene come muoversi e ha molta paura del rischio. Questa piattaforma aiuta a comprendere meglio il mondo della blockchain. Credo che l’80% di quello che so sulle criptomonete l’ho imparato da HIVE.

Ho imparato che quello che penso vale qualcosa

Ed ora arriviamo alla cosa più importante che ho imparato da HIVE.
HIVE è una piattaforma che fornisce ricompense a chi crea contenuti, a chi interagisce o rilascia upvote. HIVE non esclude nessuno da questo meccanismo…

HIVE NON ESCLUDE NESSUNO DA QUESTO MECCANISMO.
Questa cosa è di un'importanza estrema.
HIVE ci insegna che se abbiamo qualcosa da dire, questa cosa vale. Attenzione, qui viene sovvertito il meccanismo dei vecchi social. I vecchi social network ti pagano se hai molti seguaci, finito, non ci sono altre questioni. Cioè hai molti followers, non importa cosa dici, l’importante è la quantità. Ad HIVE non gliene frega niente di tutto questo. Se hai qualcosa da dire e tu la dici, viene comunque ricompensato dalla piattaforma. Spero di far comprendere bene cosa significa questo. Questo significa che chiunque abbia qualcosa da dire viene ricompensato. Significa avere un’informazione estremamente più democratica e più ampia.

Conclusioni
Hive mi ha insegnato a non essere più un singolo, ma a far parte di una comunità. HIVE mi ha insegnato che la qualità in un social network conta. HIVE mi ha insegnato che cosa è la blockchain e che cosa sono le criptomonete. HIVE mi ha insegnato che io valgo qualcosa anche se ho pochi follower.
