#Monomad Challenge - An ode to friendship

Good morning, #Monomad friends

When you have a profession that depends a lot on your perseverance and physical effort, it stops being just part of your day and becomes a way of life.

Today I want to share some photos of my great friend and compadre. He's a human being with a huge heart, always making sure that those around him feel well and have everything they need.

If you only know him superficially, you'll think he's a "rude" just a man, with a few jokes that are a bit bawdy or in bad taste. But if you're lucky enough to get to know him better, you'll quickly realize that underneath that "cloak" you'll find a man with a huge heart... and a total commitment to what he sets out to do. Although life hasn't been completely favorable to him, he's lucky enough to be at the side of an extraordinary woman. An extraordinary mother... If we look closely, what more could we ask of luck or the roulette wheel that is this life than to be well accompanied on a journey that is nothing more than a huge adventure. We all know where our journey and adventure begins and where it will end. There are few things more certain than the goal of our stay in this world. That's why we have to make the most of the time we're here and not think about how long it will take. Make the lives of those around us, including our own, a little better.

You adopted your father's profession, and without questioning why, or sometimes not wanting to do it, you never give up and always try to do your best

There are few things of incalculable value, and one of them is friendship. Thank you, Rui for your friendship and enormous commitment to all those around you.

I consider myself lucky that our paths crossed more than 20 years ago... it seems like yesterday, doesn't it?
