Hello monochromatic #Hive friends!... Sometimes, when I wander through the streets of my village, I feel the impulse to head for the countryside and I don't hold it back... So, as you already know, this is a village where the rural and the urban intermingle and converge in a fascinating and frequent way... It is therefore not difficult to get onto a dirt road and start taking photos with the same fascination and diversity as when I take them in the streets... Come with me, I invite you to look at these dozen recent rural photographs, all captured last August and the weeks that have run so far in September...

¡Hola amigos monocromáticos de #Hive!... De vez en cuando yo, cuando deambulo por las calles de mi pueblo, siento el impulso de poner rumbo al campo y no lo reprimo... Entonces, ya ustedes lo saben, este es un pueblo en donde lo rural y lo urbano se entremezclan y convergen de manera fascinante y frecuente... No es difícil por lo tanto adentrarse en un camino de tierra y comenzar a hacer fotos con la misma fascinación y diversidad que cuando lo hago en las calles... Ven conmigo, te invito a mirar esta docena de fotografías rurales recientes, todas capturadas en Agosto pasado y las semanas que han corrido hasta ahora en Septiembre...

We have had sunny and warm mornings here recently. These conditions are good for going out into the countryside and taking a wide range of photos that make equal use of the natural and rural elements. However, the strong sunlight typical of these days is relatively difficult to manage when exposing. So with practice you learn to take advantage of the shadows cast by occasional clouds as well as any other element that serves to soften the harsh contrasts...

Hemos tenido mañanas soleadas y calurosas aquí recientemente. Estas condiciones son buenas para ir al campo y hacer fotos muy diversas aprovechando a partes iguales los elementos naturales y los rurales. Sin embargo, la luz solar fuerte típica de estos días, es relativamente difícil de gestionar al momento de exponer. Así que con la práctica uno aprende a aprovechar las sombras proyectadas las nubes ocasionales así como cualquier otro elemento que sirva para suavizar los duros contrastes...

Sky, earth, vegetation, animals, people... Everything comes together in a fascinating way in the rural environment... I can be there for hours and from time to time stay in silence, just observing what is going on around me and without using the camera... That's also a delightful thing to do...

Cielo, tierra, vegetación, animales, personas... Todo se conjuga de manera fascinante en el entorno rural... Puedo estar durante horas allí y de vez en cuando quedarme en silencio, simplemente observando lo que sucede alrededor y sin usar la cámara... Eso también es algo delicioso de hacer...

_{ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape 3.6.3.}
