ASEAN Hive Community Challenge #139: Healthy and Tasty Foods from a Hospital Cafeteria

Every one of us has different kind of taste regarding foods. Some of us like salty, some loves sweet and some wants sour. But for me any taste will do as long as it is tasty. I can eat a lot of foods even the exotic once but it’s much better if it is the healthier one.

My Favorite Foods are a lot but I will share the one that is tasty but healthy that I really love and always buy it from Adventist Medical Center – Bacolod Nutribites. It’s a fried food and it taste like a real chicken. It is a Veggie Terriyaki and it looks and taste like a chicken but the meat is actually a tofu. It is very tasty with a mix of sweet and salty flavor that when you eat you are really longing for more! I also partner it with a Dalandan Juice which is sweeter than sour taste.

I also like there friend veggie siomai together with some Cinnamon Loaf and other loaf for takeout. The Cinnamon Loaf is a bit sweet kind of bread but they are all healthy prepared for they use a Wheat Bread for their loaf. They have a lot of kinds of Healthy Loaf to choose from and all are my Favorite and of course healthy.

The prices of the food are not that expensive for it will only take you about $1 to 4$ per meal. You can already enjoy this tasty and healthy food in a hospital. So in case you got to be hospitalized you will not going to have a trouble eating tasty but healthy foods.
