Sweet Yellow Corn: Reaping of My Mother's Hard Work

Hello Hivers , finally this is it. As a result of the hardship on her farm, we can finally taste the sweet of her corn 🌽.

It's been a months , since she plant this. Finally we eat the young sweet corn. And also we shared this to her siblings.

My mom harvested young corns to taste, I think mama took half a sack, for us and her neighbors who are also her siblings. We helped to separate its skins, and put them in large pots. And we just put the skins back in the sack to throw away.

We only cooked one pot, the others only one Eco bag in each 4 houses will be given to it. I ordered my second daughter to distribute to them when they are also cooked. Then the pot is prepared for the fire to cook the corn. I'm sorry it's really dirty because we use dirty kitchen, .our fuel is wood, so it's like this.

Prepared the pot to fire it, fitted with a pitcher of water and boiled until cooked. It took some minutes , and then this is it. Ready to eat this young yellow sweet corn fresh from the farm. So I took a plate, still hot. We mixed orange juice to pair with corn, it was really delicious. My children wanted to like it, and at that time I didn't have dinner anymore because I was so full heheheh. Mama was also stretching to eat even though she was toothless haha, she miraculously took a picture, and she even said that she might be seen on facebook, I said don't worry about it. I think she might felt embarrassed without teeth.

But I enjoyed and was still full. Mama also shared blessings, in fact she said that only half of her corn crops will be harvested next time because, there is a lot of failure and the animals have eaten the others. The leftover corn he will make rice corn. In fact it is beautiful because ALL NATURAL NO CHEMICAL. SHe will also consume it for a long time because she is the only one to eat.
