The Fatty Dim Sum restaurant

What did you eat for breakfast?

How are you? It's another beautiful Saturday morning. I recently went to eat Dim Sum at one of my favorite dim sum restaurants. Dim Sum are Chinese dish that is steamed in bamboo containers.

One of the best features about eating here is that the dim sum is quite reasonably priced and prepared well.

The first dish here is the
#Sze Chuan dumplings
The best thing about this dumpling is the taste and the sauce it is in.

A nice plate at the restaurant. I was so impressed with this plate that I wanted to take a photo. All of the things on this plate are hand-drawn. This restaurant is called Ah Bui - in English Ah Bui means fatty. There are many branches of Ah Bui here in Miri.

The meat was marinated and steamed in a bamboo container. The meat in this dish is quite chewy and tender. Usually, we don't eat rice when we are having dim sum.

The next is a delicious dish. The Prawn dumpling.

Prawn dumplings are quite chewy. A layer of thin skin is wrapped around the prawn and steamed. The flavors combine and permeate into the prawns. This dish is healthy as it does not use much oil but usually with lots of water.

The dim sum here is prepared quite well as it looks quite aesthetically pleasing.

One of the best things that we both love to do all the time is to hunt for food. It is always fun to find new places to eat.

We did not eat that much as we wanted to just have enough food.
