I had six days in Perth. After landing at the airport, the first thing to do was for me to head into the city centre area of Perth.

Downtown Perth

The first thing I noticed when I got to the city centre was the neatness of the city. It was slowly changing seasons. A few months of summer and now it was Spring. The temperature - low 20 degrees.

On my way out of the airport, I saw this shop called ‘The Australian Way’

I took the train to reach the city enjoying the sights of the city.

One of the things that I will be writing about some of the differences between Australia and Malaysia.

Hay Street

I booked two hotels here at Perth. One here around this area but only for a night. No car park. Day 1: exploring the city without driving a car but use the metro to travel around.

The next day: drive around Perth.
I had gotten my international license from the land transport department of Malaysia a week prior.

The famous clock tower right in the centre of Perth. In the evening, this clock lights up with lots of diffenrent colours with the sound of the bell .

One key difference here in the City of Perth is the parking. There are not many here especially those street side parking. Where do you park? CCP around the city. City of Perth Parkings are multistorey parkings around the city that you have to find first that is near the location you want to go to.

Electricity and Gas department

The architecture here around Perth is stunning. Most of the buildings here have their own unique designs.

The skies are amazing on this day. The air is fresh. I was searching for the hotel that I booked.
