Morning exercise at the park
How has your morning been? The first picture here is meaningful. Later, I will let you know why. Do read on. I spend a lot of time at the park. Getting some time off from the bustling and hustles at the office. Sometimes, it is great just to get some relaxation at the park. Looking at the birds, listening to the sounds of water flowing in the pond. The best time usually is early morning. Not many people but a handful of senior citizens.

She's an old lady. I saw her sitting there enjoying the view. Maybe, enjoying her retirement. Pigeons accompanied her. I wanted to snap a photo of this. I felt that it looked meaningful. It's been a good ten months of the year 2023. Time flies.
My wife trying out the chest machine
This is one of my favorite chest workout machines out here. It uses my own body weight to push me upwards. The free gym is outside in the air.
There are benches around here to just sit down and maybe enjoy sitting there doing nothing. Sometimes, doing nothing has the best beneficial effects. At times, we get too busy and we tend to speed up so much in our life that we have not slowed down enough to reflect.
This part has lots of trees. Natural shade.
I usually spend my Saturdays and Sundays jogging here. Sweating. A good pair of running shoes helps.
