Hong Kong - Tsim Tsa Tsui walk

The crowded MTR of Hong Kong. From my hotel, it was a 5-minute walk to an MTR station, and that station is the Yau Ma Tei station.

So, after landing at the airport not long after, we went to the hotel and placed our luggage. It was time to head out to the city.

The MTR train was full. But orderly. Everyone was rushing, but you could feel a sense of order.

Everyone was minding their own business. I installed the digital version of the Octopus card on my phone. Had it in my Apple Pay.

The ultimate card to pay for MTR, and most places accept it.

So, I arrived at Tsim Tsa Tsui with a T-shirt,t knowing that it was cold. My wife wore a dress. It was cold. Really cold. After just half an hour of walking around, we started to shiver a lot. Regretted not having an overcoat.

Everywhere there were people. Everyone here is recording that Nathan signs. A light projection playing a Christmas carol.

One of the buildings that I will visit in the future is this particular building, known as the Chungking Mansion, notorious for crime. But, from what I can see from the outside, it does not look so notorious.

The last time I stayed in Hong Kong, I stayed in a similar type of hotel.

The YMCA

This is also another hotel that is located in the heart of the city of Hong Kong. Very luxurious and around USD 250 a night.

The Peninsula Hotel

One of the most luxurious hotels here in Hong Kong. A lot of people come here to take a photo with this hotel.

Hong Kong is a city that doesn't sleep. It seems like there is always someone around walking. You don't see quiet streets at all.

Surprisingly, there are not many homeless people. The last country I visited was Perth, and I noticed homeless people. Even in Miri, there are homeless people, although not many.

Hong Kong is one of the dream cities to visit and hoping all can visit Hong Kong. Also, it's nice if there aren't many homeless people there because it's a sign that their government is doing well and the people there are disciplined. Hehe, enjoy your vacation.
