Good Morning.. all my good brothers and sisters.. I've had such a busy week. My days are now super duper preoccupied. For the last two years I've been busy with my business. Anyways, no matter what, we have to get to a restaurant and eat some food.

This dim sum restaurant is in the new district of Miri which is where a lot of new businesses are located. The Marina area of Miri.

Let us eat at Wang Zhai dim sum restaurant

They have lots of dim sum dishes to try out.

The Menu

Lots of different types of dim sum to choose from. I did not manage to take pictures of most of the dim sum.

The fried dim sum

This dim sum is crispy and slightly sweet. As you put this into your mouth, it starts to melt into the mouth. Super yummy.

I forgot what the name of this dish is called but it is delicious and definitely a must try.

The Som Mai

This is a dish that you definitely have to try out when you go to any dim sum restaurant. Meat, minced into small bits and wrapped into won ton skin, steamed and usually served with a small plate of tomato sauce.

One small plate of fried rice. This plate of fried rice is quite cute, isn’t it? A couple of scoops and everything is gone.

The best type of fried rice is overnight rice that was left over. Then you pour into the cooking pan and start frying.
