A Day in the Life of A Teacher; A Challenging Yet Enjoying This Kind of Job

Hello dear Hivers! I hope you're doing alright today. Let's just be thankful for rising up again. First Quarter Period is about to end so we've decided to collaborate with each other in beautifying the classroom.

I'm heading to school today bringing with me the different carpentry tools, a painting materials and a cleaning paraphernalias. Because today, were gonna make the classroom beautiful and presentable.
As planned, together with the parents and students we've decided to beautify the classroom and make it a place conducive for learning. Parents as one of the stakeholders of school, supported the classroom project --and that is to beautify it making it comfortable for the children.
In our first day of work, I volunteer to do the painting of the chalkboard as it looks like a very old board. As I am being transferred in the new classroom so all of the things inside the room are already used and old.

The first task is done, so next is to check the lined wire if it's not a hazard to everyone. I let the guardian of my student check it. He repaired it and changed the frayed or damaged wires.

We're just having fun, enjoying the day not thinking of the time when will our task be finished. Next is changing the table covers both the teachers table and the observers table. Since its already old and the colors fade away so I've decided to buy a new mat as a cover to my table.

I've also cleaned the classroom by sweeping the floors,removing dust on the chairs, and wiping the jealousy blades of the window.

The students helped me in keeping the floors shine by applying floorwax in it. They apply a wax on the whole floor and it feels like it's perfect, a very shiny and smooth floor afterwards, after how many minutes they scrub the floor.

We also helped one another in cleaning the outside part of the classroom by removing the weeds around the plant box.Well preparing it for soon vegetables will be planted in it.

The day will about to end and thanks God for the supportive parents and students who made this beautiful classroom possible. For without them, I can't finished all the jobs for one day.

It's quite a productive day, a big task become an easier for us because we supported each other. We did this for the learners for them to feel safe and secure inside the classroom.

And everything is done thanks to the big help of the parents as when the learners go back in this room next week they will now feel safer and secured in their own home.

Teachers has a big role in the classroom. This profession demands more time and dedication towards the work. The passion to serve the students is like a commitment to one's own child. You treat them as they are you're second home.It's a noble calling therefore, I must accept the challenges whatever it takes.
