A Journey to Tell of a super K! A Mother of a Cleft Baby Girl

Hello everyone. I'm Khristine Joy Aribal but you can call me Krissy. My family call me "Inday" And my friends call me "Tinang". I am a newbie here and I like to hear your stories and share my lovable moments with you all. This introblog will be the beginning to let you know me more. 

I am a mother of two. A girl and a boy. But my first born child gave me a highlight of being a mother. She was born with cleft lip and palate. I was surprised because all her ultrasound journey was good. Above all I accepted her with my whole heart and for the record she is the first born child with cleft lip and palate which is a girl in our family tree.

This is my 2nd child. He is very playful and he made our tiny home loud and happy. Just like his father he likes taking care of farm animals like pigs, horses and what he carried in the picture: a rooster.

This is my loving husband and we are together 5 years now. He is a Philippine coastguard serving our country almost 2 years. He is good at cooking. He takes good care our children more than I can.

After doing all the household chores, I'm here in my workplace. A corner of our home facing my laptop. I work as a part time ESL teacher at an ESL company who are accepting teachers who work from home. But aside here I also often went to my vegetable garden outside. I also love cooking and every 2 or 3 in the afternoon I'll cook something for a snack in the family.

Our favorite family bonding together is going out to some swimming pools, beaches, springs and over views. We love to hang out during the day time because it is troublesome for kids to linger at night. We've been into a lot of places and we had create so many memories.

In this year 2025, I am looking forward for more vacations. I have so many places written in my bucket list that I need to unlock together with my family. I hope to have another opportunity this year to achieve my very long dream! I'm manifesting it! 

Basically, I didn't know about this platform, but I'm very thankful to my friend @antonette for introducing and guiding me through this platform. I am very excited to meet new acquaintances, hearing different stories so I can inspire others especially those PWD moms out there and mind you your stories can enlighten me and give me more courage to be optimistic in this game we called life.
