Stir-fried curry paste with minced pork and climbing wattle uses some ingredients from the home garden (my wife's cooking).

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Today is the weekend. My son and granddaughter did not go to school. So we didn't go out today. And my wife cooks for the family at home. In this post I share a dish my wife cooked today. It was a spicy dish for my wife and I. This dish is stir-fried curry paste with minced pork and climbing wattle. This dish has only two types of vegetables from our home garden that my wife picked as ingredients, The vegetable from our home garden is climbing wattle and kaffir lime leaves.

Ingredients for stir-fried curry paste with minced pork and climbing wattle.

pork
climbing wattle
kaffir lime leaves
garlic
shrimp paste
shallot
dried chilies
pork flavour seasoning powder
sugar
oil

How to cook stir-fried curry paste with minced pork and climbing wattle : Crush the garlic, shallot, dried chilies and shrimp paste using a pestle and morta to make curry paste.

Mince the pork to make minced pork. And chop the kaffir lime leaves and climbing wattle.

Put a pan on the stove and heat the little oil. Then add the curry paste to the pan. Stir-fry until the curry paste is cooked and fragrant.

Then add the minced pork in the pan. Stir-fry until the minced pork is cooked.

Then add a little water in the pan, stir-fry for a while. And add the kaffir lime leaves and climbing wattle in the pan.

Season with sugar and pork flavour seasoning powder. Then stir-fry until the kaffir lime leaves and climbing wattle are cooked. Turn off the stove.

It's finished, stir-fried curry paste with minced pork and climbing wattle.
