Chemical free vegetables in the home garden, bitter gourd.

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Even though it is summer. But for the past 3 days in my area it has been raining everyday and it is cool. Rain and sun every day, make the vegetables in the home garden grow. Especially the vegetables along the fence. Bitter gourd is another vegetable that grows along the fence. It's a vegetable that I don't have to take care they. I only water they about 1-2 times in the summer. And did not add fertilizer.

I like the flowers of bitter gourd. Even though they are small yellow flowers, they look nice. And every time I pick bitter gourd in the my home garden, I like to look at its flowers.

Bitter gourd is a vegetable that my wife and I like to eat. Even though it is bitter, it is healthy and It's good for us. So I eat bitter gourd almost every day. Each time, my wife or I would pick a lot of bitter gourds to eat (about 20 - 30 bitter gourds). We boil they and eat it fresh or eat they with spicy shrimp paste dip. Sometimes we eat them with spicy northern Thai pork and tomato dip. Mostly we eat boiled bitter gourd with spicy shrimp paste dip.

This time I picked bitter gourds in a plastic bag to boil and eat they fresh in the evening. These are the stories and photos I want to share for this post. Invite everyone to see and enjoy my stories and photos. Please forgive any errors/mistakes. Have a great day. See you next time. Thank you for your support and visiting my post. Bye 🤗

I am looking for this all my life hahahha. Native bitter gourd. This is best grilled and made into salad, put a little bagoong, spicy vinegar, and a dash of vetsin. You can also add onions and ginger.

I love bittergourd in a salad. I steamed it for one minute then slice it in a half inches long. My favorite sauce in it is fermented fish or just vinegar with so many onions and ginger.
