     PUBLIC BEDROOMS are available in Australia for tourists lacking a need for privacy. It doesn't cost a dime to sleep here, but the general public is free to view you and comment on your snoring.

     This ASEAN Hiver is on holiday at the moment, but luckily he hasn't run low enough on funds to have to resort to sleeping in a public bedroom. Cheers though to anyone brave enough for a feat like this one.

     The Philippines is home to a lot of incredible creations, but ROBOTIC CHOCOLATE has to be one of the most imaginative culinary things this country has produced since it combined fried chicken and spaghetti.

     The robotic chocolate slides out of the package when the potential consumer says the random 4-digit PIN number assigned to them upon checkout. I am still amazed how this works with no electricity whatsoever.

     We're staying in the Philippines for this next one, and we have a legendary STOVETOP FLUTE. Nobody really knows how this flute works because only the chef musician gets to see what's inside.

     Bamboo, stainless steel, some rags, perhaps a little steam and some flames, there's a lot of chemistry going on here, clearly beyond my expertise. Whether you like music or snacks, it's likely you'll enjoy at least one of the products this machine produces, perhaps even both.
