Greetings folks, it's just past midnight here in the USA and I'm struggling to catch up as usual because life here is complicated, distances far, and nothing user-friendly. My wife and I are still working as full-time caregivers and housekeepers for my stepfather and mother, but we haven't really met many friends or family because everyone in the USA is always too busy or too tired to come together. It's truly depressing, and I miss Southeast Asia so much, as does my family, but we came here to honor family, not get rich or have fun.
This evening I took my oldest daughter and wife to a car and motorcycle show in my hometown where we entered her 1988 Yamaha DT50LC motorcycle. We set up a small table where displayed some Cambodian merchandise for sale, immediately noticed a lot of the older men were wearing "Vietnam War Veteran" hats, and within an hour we were notified by the organizer that we were not welcome back. No particular reason why, we were just notified that we were not welcome back and not allowed to sale any merchandise despite other vendors being allowed to operate there.
Malaysia's leaning tower which still standing strong

You can google up for more about this historical landmark. Is really beautiful and admire at the same time upon checking it up and touching it with your own. Some sort introduction were displayed outside for you to know it well before heading in.

Then she ask me a favor to be a witness, it same last few years ago also. I'm always the witness lol. Necel need to finished the papers before Myra will go back to Japan. It takes few minutes only then the secretary let us signed and that's it. After that Myra wants some halo halo because it's so hot that hour.
On Saturday, we have fun stories to do and buy things

Until the work has been completed Therefore wake up the children to wake up After that, we went to cook a little food first. Because in the afternoon If going out. I think I will take to find noodles to eat. The noodles that we went to eat Is the dried noodles, the favorite menu itself. And after eating We went to walk to the Lotus Department Store.
Passing by at Baclaran Public Market ☺️

Nestled just below the overpass, this market is always alive with energy, filled with vendors offering almost everything you can think of like clothes, shoes, bags, and other daily essentials. From the top of the bridge, the view of the market is quite a sight.

Congratulations winners! I love halo-halo very much. I miss eating it. I also like the vegetables in the supermarket and the corn. They are among my favorites. And ohh the Baclaran one of the most popular place in our country because of its modern Romanesque style church and the open air street stalls that sells clothing in a cheaper price.

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re no longer welcome there to sell your merchandise. That sounds so unfair. From what you shared, it seems like the organizers didn’t even give you a valid reason for treating you that way. It does feel like discrimination, and maybe they just don’t appreciate Cambodian merchandise which is really sad.
I hope everything works out for you and that there will be no place for discrimination anywhere in the world. 🙏
