Fighting Allergies is like Finding Needle in Haystack

Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. In this content i want to share about my concern lately. At first i just ignoring the sympton in my son right hand since he does not have fever or weak or even like sick person. So, he got freckles in his back of hand. At first the freckles is just tiny and just one or two. But, after few days passed, the freckles started to itchy and my son did not realized scratching it. And soon it spread around his back of hand.

So, it started a almost a week ago when my wife spotting this freckle and we think it did not matter and not annoying at all since my son still like usual. But, after few days the freckle started to spread little by little and starting to turn red and itchy that my son said. So, what i think first is miliaria. This is my first guess because when he afraid if doing anything wrong in his studies his palm starting sweating a lot. Maybe he is afraid of me too. And then i am giving him calamine lotion in few days. But, it did not work. And this freckels are having some time pattern. When he woke up, the freckles starting to spreading and get a little bigger. And after he take a bath, the freckles started to deflated. Then when night comes again then the freckles started to spread again.

And its been a week since the first freckle comes out. I am kinda afraid that his sick can be dangerous. I am afraid that he got Herpes or something else like auto immune disease or else. So, i decided to consulting to dermatologist. If you are looking at this picture maybe you cannot see the freckles since it really small. But if you zoom in you will know where the freckles are. And when the situation like under control, this freckles is not gone at all it just deflated like in this picture. Then at morning it starting to appear again.

This is our first time to go to Dermatologist. I never going there and never consult about my skin since i kinda not type that taking too much care about my skin. And so do my wife. Even we are buying some face mask but still we are very rare using it. And right now i dont know where this face mask stored. And i dont know how this dermatologist system. But, we got cut twice or three times i dont remember correctly. And we are waiting more than 2 hours until we got called by the doctor.
And i dont know i need to be gratefull or i need to be angry. I think i have this both emotion. I am gratefull because the doctor said it just allergic. But, i am kinda mad because it just allergic and i need to paid so much money and waiting more than 2 hours.

And the doctor write a recipe and i am kinda shocked that this cream cost me more than 10$. OMG, it just allergic. And the doctor said i need to searching what makes my son allergic. It could be temperature,dust,food,water,pollen,fur, and many more. And this can be a long way to go since i need to try it one by one. And some of them are my allergy trigger. Right now i am trying with dust and fur first. So what i need to do is changing all sheet,deep cleaning my bed, sweeping the floor and wet mopping the floor. If this not work, i think i need to find another trigger. Hopefully with this cream my son freckles will be gone.
