Garden Update: My Pretty Orchids are in Full Bloom 🌸

I’m back with another update from my little green sanctuary, and the orchids are absolutely stealing the show,, again,, this week.. 😄
If you’ve been following along with my garden posts, you know I’ve been waiting for these beauties to do their thing,, and boy, did they deliver!
Last week, I posted the first bloom of my Vanda.. and now, the whole team is out.. 😁

My Vanda is putting on a show.. 😍

Look at those pretty colors!! gorgeous aren't they? 😍
It’s currently showing off all its new blossoms, and I can’t stop staring at them.. The petals have this gorgeous, warm sunset vibe,, the peachy oranges melting into light pinks.. and the white center is giving it a little contrast..
Vandas can be a little dramatic sometimes, but when they are happy, they really know how to make an entrance.. It feels like having a piece of the tropics right on my front yard.

Then, I have these stunning purple and white orchids..
Some are a soft, creamy white with tiny purple freckles splashed across the center, while others are a bold, solid purple that looks like velvet..

There is something so fun about the speckled look..
It’s like someone took a paintbrush and flicked tiny dots of purple paint all over the petals..
They look so delicate hanging there, catching the morning light..
Here is the white version of it..
This time, the petals are white but with purple speckles..

Why I Love Orchids 😁
Orchid gardening is definitely a lesson in patience..
You wait weeks,, sometimes months,, for a single bud to appear..
But when you finally walk out into the garden and see those vibrant colors popping against the green leaves,, all the misting and worrying feels totally worth it..
Just like my Vanda.. I've waited for months.. and now, the wait is over and they are stunning.. 😊
