Not So Much Shake At The Shack
About a month ago I went to try Shake Shack at Sunway Pyramid with my boss. If I recall, he had a meeting with someone before meeting me. He just wanted to talk and have a meal before going to India for a month; he will be back in two days though. I forgot to take a picture of the restaurant so I took one from the google page.
Inside the restaurant, it looks great. It's an open kitchen so you can see how everything is done. The place was well decorated and overall pleasant to sit and chat.
I ordered a double shack burger which is the one on the bottom while my boss had a hot chicken breast burger. We both also ordered a shake since it's called shake shack so I thought ordering a shake was a must. I had the vanilla shake while my boss had the black and white which was a combination of vanilla and chocolate
The burger was on point. It was juicy and just fit all the components of a burger. I have no complaints on the burger. My main complaint for this place was the shake; the title of the post kind of gives it away. The shake was just super small and for the price it wasn't worth it at all. It was good but I wanted to laugh when I saw the size of the cup. I even noticed the people that ordered drinks from other tables were about this same size for small. If I recall correctly, it was around 150mL. How do I know this? The manager came walking around and asked how was everything so I just directly told him everything was good except for the size of the shake. Apparently, female customers can't finish so they used this smaller size cup to avoid wastage. I hope they take my feedback and increase the size because a lot of people will be disappointed like how I was that day.
Overall, it came out to RM87 which is around 22 USD. Just to summarize, I enjoyed the burger and I would come back for the burger. I would not order the shake again though and highly recommend against it unless you have money to throw.

I don't really buy that excuse. If they make the serving size smaller, then why did they not lower the price, and they can just make both cups available so customers can choose which size they prefer.
I don't know man. He has no control. It's his boss that did it all. I think he can only suggest but in the end its up to the upper management :/. It's pretty pathetic though the size of the cups
Since it is boss wallet, should order more. hehe

I find the shakes too sweet for my liking! Haha. But I am quite a fan of their burgers! :)
