Let's Play Hell Pie - Second world level unlocked
Exploring Gluttony's mountain restaurant
Finally time to move on and explore a whole never world level that happens to be run by Hell's own Gluttony, it is called Flavor Peaks and is a restaurant in the mountains that is meant to be horrendous and probably not the best place to be staying for long periods of time! But it is only close to being as smelly as I was after leaving the whale in the last post Hell Pie - Having a Whale of a Time.
But the first thing required after taking the elevator to the top and reaching this whole new world that isn't Hell, was to cross this broken bridge, getting onto moving platforms and working your way across the massive drop to your death and not having a good time.
This is actually the very thing that happened.. multiple times.. I didn't jump properly or was stupid and I found myself falling to my death and hitting the trees below!
Finally reaching the hotel grounds or the platform on the outside, these giant bugs with guns that hurt are waiting to greet you.
At least once you get by with sweeping them off their feet to their death and ignore these stupid warning cameras with lights, there is a horned little creature behind a garage like door, breakable with the ram horns.
Entering the warehouse was going to be tough if you were not quick enough, as one of the friendly bugs had mentioned. Even with the sprint horns, I managed to be a little off and fall to my death right at the entrance into the damn warehouse!
Upon entering inside you realise this isn't some fun place that you were going to enjoy.. it is a slaughterhouse for Gluttony's restaurant and there were humans that had been transferred here, kept locked up in poor conditions before being slaughtered for those who wanted to taste and consume human flesh as a delicacy you rarely find being offered anywhere.
This place is quite big with a lot of open space, a lot of chances to not jump well enough and end up falling to death once again, there are enemies that shoot big energy balls which can knock you back while trying to maneuver the obstacles and platforms, plus more of the racing along the conveyor belt to get to the next section.
You will eventually come to buttons to be pressed that will turn the circuit direction and ensure the power goes to the door, to open up the next spot to traverse which in this case, another conveyor belt just not one to race along on luckily.
Then up the top of a platform for this particular spot were some more bug enemies. Not hard to kill but they were waiting, while also making sure nobody was escaping from here!
That area was cleared after some additional enemies, and also more buttons to complete the circuits would be dealt with and open up the next door forward.
It would include another racing corridor to be blitzed with some smaller amount of jumping that would be trying to deter me from reaching the door in time, for the next area. Upon getting there it included some spike traps that would hurt, something you can watch for a moment and then safely navigate the platform.
It was heating up with the amount of enemies patrolling as I was getting further into the restaurants warehouse, and I was getting hit by those energy balls at times, shot out from the flying robots which were out in force now.
At least the time taken to get through this spot was shortened down when it was a smaller amount of jumping around and less drops to the death to worry about!
Of course there would now be three buttons to press, to make my way to the next speed through area, just needed to keep turning the circuit flow until I opened the way and then I would be off again..
There would be one death as I jump too early a little away from the end of this speed through. I didn't make the same mistake though and was able to get through so I could absorb in the next section and what could be seen, to work out what I needed to do next and where to go.

At first, I thought that it was a co-op where that little guy attached to you by chains is another player. But nope, that's just part of the game. I went and saw the trailer, and the way you traverse the world is pretty unique. Puzzles look fun too.
That is nugget chained to Nate, he helps with attacking and swinging, to get further across gaps!
Haha the way I traverse, is weird and I just go where I haven't been to try collecting the ingredients, tend to die quite a bit at times though
