MY REVIEW FOR WEEK 40

Hello Vibes family!

This week, I’m not here as a contestant, but as a passionate listener, someone who deeply appreciates the magic of music and the effort every artist pours into their craft. The beauty of the Vibes Web3 Music Competition isn’t just in performing, but also in witnessing others express themselves so boldly through sound. That’s why I decided to take a moment to spotlight one particular entry that truly moved me.

The song is titled “Glimpse of Aris” cover by @aeno and I must say that glimpse was more than enough to leave an impression.

From the very beginning, the artist’s voice stood out — calm, rich, and intentional. There was a level of vocal control that made it obvious he wasn’t just singing to sound good, he delivered emotion.
Every line felt like it was placed with purpose. There’s a natural soothing tone to the voice that wraps around you and pulls you into the story. You don’t feel like you’re listening from outside — you feel like you’re inside the music.
But what really caught me was the way the performance didn’t try too hard to impress and yet, it did. It impressed by being genuine🥹 by not doing “too much,” and by allowing the emotion to lead the delivery. That’s not easy to do. It takes confidence and true connection to your music to let it flow that naturally. And that’s exactly what @aeno achieved.

Indeed Vibes is space filled with talent and creativity, it’s rare to come across a song that quietly demands your attention.did that — not by shouting, but by softly speaking straight to the heart.
