Getting Caught Up on HSBI Initiative Posts

My apologies for just now getting caught up on these. I intended to have the HSBI sent out earlier, but got caught up with work and life and had to postpone things longer than I wanted.

I had put up a couple of posts that asked for some advice or suggestions. I appreciate everyone who participated. It's time to pick the winners!
