Today isn’t just about cards, roses, or the usual clichés. It’s also about showing what actually matters to you and where you put your time. It’s about the things you choose to create, build, or invest.

For me, that means silver. Real metal... real weight... real work. Valentine’s Day is the perfect day to bring out something that fits the theme:

The small imperfections are what make each piece worth owning because they show it wasn’t made to look identical to anything else. Those marks and variations prove the piece has its own identity instead of being another copy off a production line. Without them, it would lose the character that makes hand‑poured silver stand out in a stack.

Hand‑poured silver has a character you can’t replicate with machines, and that’s what makes it worth collecting. Every heart shows the maker’s skill, not a machine’s pattern.

Aren't they lovely? Better than cards and chocolates are okay, but add it on, and it makes a heck of a gift... because it lasts forever. I've accumulated the above hearts over the years!

These hand-poured silver pieces were accumulated earlier in my stacking life... it is still here, shiny, some toned, but all beautiful! One of them is gold-plated! And I love sharing with you, sis!
