PREPARANDO UN LEMONPAY

Buenos dias a todos, la verdad que la nostalgia me llevo a preparar un rico postre el cual en este caso se trata del lemonpay, mi madre lo hacia cada que se lo pedia y siempre salia muy rico, sus ingredientes son,mantequilla sin sal, azucar impalpable, harina blanca, una pisca de polvo de hornear, huevos la cantidad segun los comensales, los cuales deben de estar batidos, ralladuras de limon, leche y un poco de leche condensada, se bate bien todo o lo llevamos a la licuadora para que se mescle todo muy bien.

Para la masa, agregamos harina, huevo, mantequilla, lo mesclamos bien, luego le agregamos, un poco de vainillin, se mescla bien hasta tener la masa, a la que en un molde le damos la forma con lo bordes para arriba, lo llevamos al frizer, cuando esta bien frio, lo quitamos y le agrgamos el primer preprado, luego le damos un toque de horno y listo, a gusto de cada uno se le agrega crema, en mi caso es crema comprada la verdad muy rico.
