MATANBRE DE CERDO A LA PIZZA, MORCILLA Y ENSALADA-----Pork matambre pizza-style, blood sausage, and salad.

Buenos dias a todos, que bueno cuando llega el domingo, la verdad que en lo personal amigos, es para el dia mas deseado, por todo lo que ese dia acontece, tanto, en familia, como asi tambien las comidas, como en esta ocacion la cual se trata de matanbrito de carne de cerdo pero a la pizza, el cual lo cocinamos en una fuente, previo de agrfegar un poco de mantequilla, luego dicha carne cuando vemos que se cocino lo damos vuelta para que se cocine del otro lado y le agregamos salsa de tomate, queso fresco o blando y al horno, quedando una ves cocinado como se ve en la fotografia, tambien con un poco de morcilla.

Para acompañar dicho matanbrito lo mejor fue preparar una ensalada la cual contiene, lechuga, tomate y zanahoria rallada, condimentada con limon, por la carne antes mencionada.

Como les comente amigos por esto es que lo concidero al dia domingo muy especial.

Good morning everyone, it’s great when Sunday rolls around. Personally, friends, it’s the most eagerly awaited day, given everything that happens—both with family and with meals. This time, we’re having pork matambre pizza, which we cook in a baking dish after first adding a bit of butter. Once the meat is cooked on one side, we flip it over to cook the other side, then add tomato sauce and fresh or soft cheese before putting it in the oven. To accompany the aforementioned matanbrito, the best thing was to prepare a salad containing lettuce, tomato, and shredded carrot, seasoned with lemon juice to complement the meat.

As I mentioned, friends, that’s why I consider Sundays very special.
