Buenos dias a todos, para el almuerzo unas verduras, las cuales esta ves cocine las mismas al horno, las cual las agregue en una fuente, previo de agregar un poco de mantequilla, siendo estas verduras las siguientes, batata, papa, cebolla, las mismas son condimentadas con especias varias y oregano, en la parte de arriba.la verdad salieron muy ricas, tambien aproveche para agregar un poco de carne de cerdo, la salio muy rica.

Para preparar la ensalada, la cual en esta ocacion se trata de lechuga y tomate, condimentado con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.
