Estofado de carne de res con lentejaºººººBeef stew with lentils
Hola a todos, luego de haber pasado un excelente domingo y en familia, lo mejor que se puede degustar para el almuerzo, que un sabroso estofado de carne de res y tambien con un poco de lenteja, el mismo es muy facil de prepararlo, por supuesto teniendo a mano todos los ingredientes, los cuales son muy facil de obtenerlos.
Cuando me refiero a muy facil de obtenerlos me refiero por ejemplo a la carne de res, la cual la corte en trozos pequeños, como se puede ver en la fotografia, es para que se cocine mucho rapido y por estar de esa tamaño tiene un mejor sabor, bueno ese es mi concepto en lo personal.
Luego tome una olla, a la que le agregue un poco de aceite, luego dicha carne, que la revolvi lentamente, junto con la cebolla y el ajo, con sal a gusto, cuando note que dicha carne ya casi estaba cocinada, tenia preparada la verdura que le pondria.
En este caso dicha verdura se trata de papa y zapallo, a los que corte en trozos pequeños, luego los agregue a la olla pero antes agregue un poco de agua caliente, despues la verdura antes mencionada, las cuales una ves que se cosinaron un poco, les agregue.
La lenteja, la misma ya la tenia precosinada, porque la tenemos que dejar en agua de un dia para el otro, luego la hervi y ahora si le agregue con el resto que estaba en la olla, luego mescle todo muy lentamente y agregando un poco de salsa de tomate, la verdad salio exquisito, especial para un dia lunes jajajajaja.

Then I took a pot, to which I added a little oil, then the meat, which I stirred slowly, along with the onion and garlic, with salt to taste, when I noticed that the meat was almost cooked, I had prepared the vegetables that I would put.
In this case the vegetables were potatoes and squash, which I cut into small pieces, then I added them to the pot but first I added a little hot water, then the vegetables mentioned above, which once they were a little cooked, I added them.
The lentil, I had it already precooked, because we have to leave it in water from one day to the next, then I boiled it and now I added it with the rest that was in the pot, then I mixed everything very slowly and added a little tomato sauce, the truth was exquisite, special for a Monday day hahahahahaha.
