Hola a todos, como bien se sabe ya falta muy poco para el fin de semana, es por eso que en la medida que se pueda para el almuerzo siempre concidero en degustar algo liviano, o sea bien acompañado, como por ejemplo el de degustar una milanesa de mondongo, pero el detalle esta en que para acompañar a la misma que mejor que hacerlo con fruta.

En este caso dicha fruta consiste en mango, con una ensalada de poroto, huevo duro, cebolla de verdeo, cebolla, ajo, un poco de morron y tambien tomate cortado en daditos, como se ve en la foto, para condimentarla, un poco de aceite de oliva o en su defecto un poco de salsa de soja, limon y sal a gusto, por supuesto comno bien dije con fruta o sea el mango.

Para el postre un poco de budin de pan, el cual se elabora de la siguiente manera, colocamos dos o tres pan, con leche en un volts, lo dejamo que se hablande bien, luego lo pisamos, le agregamos huevo un poco de vainillin, mesclamos todo, luego tomamos la budinera, le agregamos un poco de azucar y la calentamos hasta que se derrita dicho azucar, luego le vertemos en la misma sobre el azucar lo que batimos,, despues de esto le damos un golpe de horno o sea lo introducimos en el mismo para que se termine de cocinar, cuando lo retiramos del mismo, desmoldeamos y de esa manera tenemos dicho budin, al cual cuando nos servimos, le agregamos un poco de crema de leche batida, quedando todo como vemos en la foto.

Como bien les comento amigos son almuerzos, que surjen en el momento, es todo facil teniendo un poco de creatividad y por supuesto poniendo voluntad de nosotros, para que dicha comida salga excelente, como lo es esta.
